SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PD Apparel Studio. We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and location:

- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at pdcustomz@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
